Q: How many images can we expect to receive after our wedding?

A: You can expect to receive between 50-75 professional edited images PER HR on a custom wooden USB.

 

Q: What makes your work different from other photographer's work?

A: We take all of our photos in intimate, relaxed settings and try to use natural lighting as often as possible. Our sessions are candid, posed & fun!

 

Q: How much is it to reserve a date for Weddings & Portrait sessions?

A: Our Wedding Collections require 25% down for a retainer to secure your date. Balance due 30 days before event. Portrait sessions are $75 down, balance due day of session. 

 

Q: What is your turn around time for our wedding images & film?

Turn around time for full wedding galleries is 4 weeks if wedding was booked after Jan of 2017. Yes, you heard right 4 weeks. We are striving to get those precious moments back to you ASAP.  We go through each image thoroughly & professionally edit all. For wedding films turn around time is 4-6 weeks. We use 3 different HD camera's & audio that must be synced together and organized to create a unique wedding feature film.

 

Q: How many hours are included in full coverage for weddings?

A: Full coverage includes up to 10 hours.

 

Q: How many images can we expect from our engagement session?

A: You can expect to receive between 50- 75 professionally edited images. Your images will be available through online gallery for full resolution downloading.

 

Q: How can we make payments on our wedding collection & portrait sessions?

A: All collections booked will get access to your own client portal. This is where you can make payments, view images, answer questionnaire's and print/view contracts. All payments are done online through your client portal. You can click Client Portal above ^ anytime to access your portal.

 

Q: What is turn around time for portrait sessions?

A: You can expect to receive your professionally edited images with 2 weeks of your session. If you need them sooner, we charge a small rush fee. 

 

 

Q: How many images can we expect from our portrait sessions?

A: You can expect to receive between 50-100 professional edited images. Mini sessions 25- 50 professional images. 

 

Q: Do we get copyright to images and film?

A: Yes you do receive a full copyright release to your images & film. But they still remain property of Marianne Lucas Photography & Cinematography. You cannot alter them in any way. Which includes adding filters, cropping, and manipulating color. You also cannot sell or try to make a profit on your images in any way. 

 

Q: Where do you suggest we have our pictures printed local & online?

First off we do not guarantee any prints through any company but Marianne Lucas Photography. We suggest if your printing for you home or close family printing through our studio as we will guarantee the best print quality. Great online printing companies are Artsy Couture, Nations Labs, or MPIX. You order online and they come straight to your door. If printing locally only place I suggest is Costco. Many local retailers printers change the color of your images. This why we do not guarantee unless printing through our studio.

 

Q: How do reserve our date?

A: Send us an email at Marianne_lucas@ymail.com, and we can give you more information on this. A 25% retainer and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. One week prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.

 

Q: What equipment do you use?

A: We use all of the latest Canon equipment- the 2 -5D Mark IV, 5D Mark III, 5D Mark II, Phantom 3 Drone, 2- 50mm lens, 24-105mm lens, 35mm lens, 24mm lens, 2- 100mm lens, 70-200mm lens, 85mm lens, & the 24-70mm lens, among other items. All of our pieces have a backup in the rare event that anything should occur to one of our cameras or lenses.
