Happy Friday! Thank you for joining Marianne Lucas Photography and Cinematography today. Today we bring you the Fry wedding.

These two lovers chose Saturday the 27th of this year to say their vows in front of family and friends. Derrick and Kaitlyn adore the outdoors, for Derek was at home getting ready with his guys watching a hunting show. Their attire was a tan vest, brown jackets, white shirts, brown ties, with custom boots. Derrick’s boots had American flags on them. It was so cute to see how excited Derrick’s mom was to be in the pictures of him getting ready. It was Adorable, and she looked great. Kaitlyn and her bridesmaids were getting ready at Kaitlyn house enjoying some good music and laughs. They each had their own unique colors and dress styles. It was all a very earthy vibe. Kaitlyn’s details held sentimental value because her grandfather’s antlers they meant a lot to her and her family. They were the centerpieces on the tables adorned with pink roses, red roses, and water lilies. She also borrowed her grandmother’s wedding ring which we incorporated with her bridal details. Kaitlyn’s bouquet was so pretty. Just like her. It also had pink and red roses with water lilies and gorgeous red amaranths.
Kaitlyn did a lot of the D.I.Y. decorations her self. She is a very creative person. Just FYI ladies she makes adorable custom shirts. If you need any contact me for her details. This family has much love for each other, and you can feel it. Kaitlyn’s‘ father loves his little girl very dearly. He is adorable like a big teddy bear. During the first look, he was very emotional to walk his little girl down to the first look of Derrick and Kaitlyn. Derrick was nervous to see his bride to be, and he could not wait to see her. It was a very emotional first look. The tears did not stop there.
Being that they both love the outdoors, JEH Ranch was the perfect backdrop for these two lovebirds to say their I do’s right by the river. The weather was a little warm for late October, but you could tell it was perfect as the cool breeze swooped down like the local swans of Bakersfield taking a plunge in the Kern River. The sounds of the river were very soothing, and it was a fantastic setting for these two lovebirds to tie the knot. JEH Ranch is a gorgeous venue. My favorite moment of the day was when Derrick pulled the garter belt off of Kaitlyn. Only it was not Kaitlyn, and Derrick didn’t know because they blindfolded him beforehand. When he saw his friends face he started laughing because it was all in good fun. This family is lots of fun, and they really like to have a good time. Derrick and Kaitlyn enjoyed their day uniting as one in front of their family and friends. They danced the night away.
Kaitlyn, I remember when I first met you at the bridal show. You were so much fun and had awesome energy. I knew I wanted you to be an ML Bride. I am so blessed that you chose us for your big day. We thank you!!! Kaitlyn, you looked absolutely amazing on your wedding day as you do every day. Derrick looked sharp in his attire. Loved all the hunting details it really showcased your personalities. Enjoy this new chapter in your life. I can’t wait to watch your family grow.
