Long awaited high school sweet heart fall wedding at Kern County Basque Club!

When Brooke first laid eyes on Nick, she had no idea that a beautiful adventure that was about to begin. Brooke & Nick met through a mutual friend in the summer of 2009. The following week after they met, they had their first date. Nick was quick to make it official. They have been inseparable ever since. And finally on a happy October day, their family and friends gathered to celebrate the moment they finally said, “I do” at their wedding at Kern County Basque Club!

The ceremony location at Kern County Basque Club reminded me of being in a whimsical forest. Big huge trees covered the site, and beautiful greenery lined the aisle along with the chairs. Brooke’s Uncle, who also was their officiant, provided the incredible wood arbor. The florals and greenery on the arbor were beautiful. Brooke, Nick, and their crew started setting up the day before. They did such a fabulous job!!!

All of their closest friends and family surrounded them as they entered the reception, ready to party. After a delicious dinner, we started the festivities. First was Brooke & Nick’s adorable first dance, followed by Brooke’s emotional dance with her dad, and lastly, Nick danced with his precious mother. They chose to include an anniversary dance, which is my favorite. I LOVE to see who is married the longest. It is the cutest dance EVER. Our team ended the night with a huge group photo.

Brooke & Nick, I wish you many more years of happiness and love. Thank you for trusting my ideas and allowing us to serve you on your wedding day. Your wedding was sweet and whimsical. Great job on all your DIY’s!!! The decor was perfect. Enjoy your honeymoon!!!!!
