Hey friends, fans, and fam! The newest #mlcouple to hit the blog is… Aaron and Ivy! Their Red Rock Canyon desert engagement photos are the definition of SWOON WORTHY!

Aaron and Ivy met through a mutual friend. After their first date (which was a double date with that same mutual friend), they just knew they should be together. As Ivy said to me, “it was so natural for us to be together.” I love love stories like that! When you know, you know!

After dating for a while, Aaron surprised Ivy with a proposal at a restaurant in Las Vegas. It was a romantic dinner with beautiful roses and a surprise proposal on one knee. Exactly what you imagine when you think of a romantic proposal! This is so perfect because these desert engagement photos look like something straight out of a Vegas landscape! I love that I got to tie in that little aspect of their proposal into their engagement photos.

Now…about their engagement photos. There’s just something about desert photo sessions that makes my photo heart flutter, and this session was no exception. The weather was perfect. Their clothing choices were the perfect match for Red Rock’s natural beauty. And, the love between them is so obvious. It was the perfect trifecta for a perfect desert engagement session!

I’m so excited to be shooting Aaron and Ivy’s wedding this May! I just know it’s going to be as beautiful as their engagement photos! Shout out to former #mlcouple Jeremy and Sarah for connecting us! We adore you all and can’t wait to be a part of your special day!
