Stunning engagement session in the Tehachapi hills

Happy Tuesday! Enjoy our first blog for 2018

Tehachapi is probably one of the most beautiful places I have taken engagement pictures and it less than an hour away!! We lucked out with perfect weather. I was kind of worried because the last time I shot an engagement session in Tehachapi around this time last year. There was a snow blizzard. It was not the business. Driving home was super scary. But this time we were smooth sailing. Sarah drove all the way from Ridgecrest for our session and to book us so that was an honor. Do you know what the best feeling in the world is for a photographer? When your bride is just as excited to book you as you are to book her. When I met Sarah & Jeremy for their consultation for Sarah and I it was like seeing a longtime friend. Sarah & I had messaged online for a few months prior to our meeting. Going back in forth on days we were both available. How cool is that? Sarah is the true definition of an ML bride. Aren’t they adorable?

Jeremy proposed at Disney Land Sarah’s favorite place. Sarah was super surprised and wasn’t expecting it at all. It took them a little longer than normal to get to Disney, but once they finally made it Sarah was in for a huge surprise. Once she got over the confused and ill state she said YES and gave Jeremy the biggest hug she could. That was an awsesome outcome for the rough day they had. Sarah ring is AMAZING!! I could literally shoot it all day. Jeremy is very calm and attentive to Sarah’s needs. He did awsome at our session. Ususally guys are not that into it. But Jeremy was a trooper.
